Deborah is our strategic conscience; assuring our efforts move the needle by emotionally moving consumers and that everything we do upholds the Brands we shepherd. Toward these mandates, she directs our proprietary Branding process, oversees our consumer research, and leads the development of insightful strategies. Her experience has touched nearly every agency client and venture across a wide array of businesses, causes, and cultural institutions. Prior to joining Star, she held senior positions at BBDO NY, contributing to the growth of Campbell Soup’s portfolio of competing brands and the introduction of several highly successful Quaker Oats products.
