Dave has been in the field of direct marketing media management for close to 30 years on both the client and agency sides. As head of Star’s Direct Marketing division, Dave manages the development of direct marketing and digital media strategies in support of prospect and/or customer acquisition objectives for Star clients. Also responsible for the quantification of “return” on media investment (ROI), Dave leads the agency’s measurement initiatives, spearheading Star’s ROI-based pro forma approach to projecting both test initiative yield as well as rollout potential of recommended budgets and managing ongoing optimization efforts to achieve success.
